Watching my love
struggle to breathe
I’m remembering all
the positive times
We had together
Love continues even
after death
While you will soon
join the other souls
Of family who went
before
I will stay in the
physical world
And try to keep
myself balanced
With family and
friends
Knowing I have difficulty
expressing
My emotions, I need
to be careful
Not to let the
negative overwhelm me
I prayed the psalms
to you
Both in Hebrew and
English
I don’t know if you
could hear them
And I told you how much
You were and are
still loved
